-Everything except on time salary -They treat Employee like Slave -They ask you to tell lie to Clients -No work-life balance -No Petrol Allowance -Incentive Scheme(Very hard to qualify) -Ask to buy new Sim Card and call from different numbers, as Client block your number. -L2s asks to share incentive from L1s -Leave Policy is only on Papers -Pick and Drop your Senior from Home. -Never Expect Self Respect and Self Esteem

The thing which I like most in IndiaMART intermesh is providing weekly salary, the response to the customer.

Dislikes

The thing which I did not like is that the employee can't change the department before 9 months.

Worst working environment , every employee is searching for new job here and there is no branch manager ,no RM , neither thery are hiring ,and main thing INDIAMART didn't want to change their product,they are working with same product from last 28 years

Need to travel 30-80 km daily (Travel depends on allotted clients) and attend 4 mandatory client meetings. No petrol or field allowances. High sales pressure, no work-life balance, and no career progression.

A great company to work at with such amazing leadership in charge. One gets equal amount of opportunities and exposure. Work life balance is good and the employee engagement sessions are much appreciated. They conduct rewards and recognition as well which is a good boost to everybody’s morale. Ample amount of products and teams to work with.

Dislikes

Apart from low pay as compared to industry standards, there’s nothing negative about this company.
