There will be more pressure. Our works may not be recognised much. They keep pushing the employees to attain the target and if not achieved they openly say us to quit the job.

On time salary.. That is the only things happening in positive way..

Dislikes

No work life balance No incentives and allowances No job security. They are treating like daily workers. After covid19 not at all good. Every month they deducting salary. Daily High level pressure on sales. Some times have to work on till 9'o clock. If you ask anything in management they won't consider your requests. If you are putting your efforts daily but they won't consider simply they will give warnings and No job security ☹️. Sales team doing lot of sales at this pandamic suitation but simply they are cancelling the sales and not giving any incentives.. if we asked incentives them simply saying company going loss so we have to support our company.. then how come indiamart share price going 5000 at this time?? They are fooling every employees. job threading is main tool for every senior manager. Not at all good company.

Many people have no intentions of learning and they are very casual .They are treated as son in law's, daughters. Mr. Vaibhav kohli is very arrogant floor manager. He doesn't have any sense of talking . He is hardly 3 years old in the system and every month he keeps doing experiments without logical thinking. All of his experiments have been failed but still he thinks himself as super talented and people who are working there since long are having capabilities issues. He keeps humiliating people just like that. His words are extremely concerning and pathetic that a family person would either resign immediately or suicide infront of him only . Oonko lagta hai baaki log ganga ji me milenge aur wo direct moksh praapt karenge. Itna arrogance itna attitude itna ghamand power aur position ka poore Indiamart me sirf inke hi paas hai. One should learn from DA that itni badi company scratch se banane ke bawjood wo kaafi humble hain. DG is also a jam of a person and has appealing Aura. Pulkit Pandey was a logical thinker and tele monthly was doing well in his supervision. Wahi company successful hoti hai jahaan long tenure wale employees jyada hote hain. Be it google, microsoft or tcs. Jo company apne old employees aur old customer ko retain na kar paaye wo naye employees aur naye customers leke kya hi grow karegi. Vaibhav sahab(sir is a tiny word for him) thinks that few people have been promoted by giving bribe and not on their merits. New Rm's are being promoted on the basis of buttering and not on the basis of merits. He is arrogant and baseless thinker. Executives who never performed,are being made auditors and rm or Bm who got promoted after giving repeated performance,are being treated as wage worker/street workers. He always threatens everyone that he will take away the job. Company has an ATL policy if manager forces any subordinates to resign but still,he keeps forcing everyone to resign. Instead he should resign as he has done nothing . He came to strengthen churn but due to his baseless experiments,company has lost their talented employees as well as customers drastically. Aaye the churn theek karne,churn aur sale dono kha gaye. Attrition itna jyada ho raha hai ki ye L1 and L2 ko linkedin par post karne ke liye kehte hain DG and DA must intervene immediately and take some serious steps else company doob jayegi . Jaise ek Amir khan brand ambassador banke growing company dooba di waise inki wajah se Indiamart doob jayega.

Internal politics, Company depends on senior managers no respect for youngsters and senior managers are playing with their careers also if anyone is close to manager he will get promoted without knowing the product knowledge. Hr is only listening senior managers if any employee will go to him they will their managers and nothing happened, no action taken against higher authorities. Hr policy is very bad .
