There is no reason to like IGT. In my process new GM joined after that work environment got toxic. Before him it was the great place to work.

...esent all the time also, made an app for employee's emotional and mental health. Salary and benefits, promotions/appraisal are real for sure. Don't get mislead by negative ratings. Skill development/learning is never ending. In conclusion, I really like this company and yes, I'm not asked or paid to write the positive reviews only.

Thought there is nothing to be liked except waste of time during Edreams Odegio Training

...one 3hrs prior to shift & Drop 30min after your shift ends No holiday or leaves despite you have leaves in your kitty Low compensation Dishonest Management weather its Sarabjeet or Any other full of lies

There is nothing to like about other than the process which is easy

Dislikes

1. Upper management ( for drama they will mess up your mental health ) 2. HRs Business and recruiter ( have baises over religion and language, salary was promised for 30k but they were giving on 20k out of which you will have to pay 2k for cab ) few female HRs were abused by male HRs if they have health issues and can't come to the office. 3. Work environment ( there are some upper management who favour their religion and male gender, for example if you have to clarify few things in front of your teammates, a male employee can easily make fun of you plus your manager laughs at it in place of stopping them , that shows how unprofessional they are. If you are late like for few minutes due to sickness though you inform your manager you will insulted infront of the team, but if you a guy, went for a smoke break or went to play games , come late by more than half hour you are still welcomed with no warning nor insulting , in cab you can see PDA and stuff ). If you complain about it , you are putting yourself in trouble. 4. Food ( there's no hygiene in food court you can smell something pungent, Maggie is not something which is enough for people, there are no other food items so get your own food guys) 5. Even after leaving the company ( they will still harass you and haunt demanding for money stating you have to pay for the cab etc etc )

Dislikes

I dislike salery. We don't get incriment in salary. And the chanses for getting promotion is very less. I think. Constantly I think. Maybe my opinion can be changed in future
