...ue to same reasons above mentioned. I will not say the company is totally worse. I also faced salary issues I was working as a mentor and I was expecting the same package that other new hired agents were getting but lastly i thought i was making worst efforts with this organization. I wish the service will be improve in future.

Keeping tamil TLs who are linguistically biased and they torture other language agents and continue to do so until they abscond. No actions taken after multiple escalation. Changing process as they wish every now and then when an agent mentally sets in one process. Groupism, bad management, third rate company.

If you are in any back office process, life is little bit easier, though less salary.

Transport system is worst. Company policies are more like red tape. Management is not very skilled and lot of favouritism happens

There is no reason to like IGT. In my process new GM joined after that work environment got toxic. Before him it was the great place to work.

Toxic environment, Under paid Salary, Irresponsible management, biased management (I am the top performer of our team instead another person getting R&R).

...esent all the time also, made an app for employee's emotional and mental health. Salary and benefits, promotions/appraisal are real for sure. Don't get mislead by negative ratings. Skill development/learning is never ending. In conclusion, I really like this company and yes, I'm not asked or paid to write the positive reviews only.
