...referred me to back to HR because I went to the admin office in productive hour. They hold my 1 month salary my experience letter also. When I told the incident to HR they blamed me for all. And says that you have not completed the notice period and there is short notice of 2 days, so I have to pay 15k to release my salary and experience letter. But they are not ready to mail me the same thing. This is the worst place I seen ever. I never recommend or suggest any one to work there

...rve to be a HR. The behaviour of HR is so rude, as u want their daughter's hand. Don't go for salary otherwise u will regret ur decision.

The only thing I like about IE is they provide jobs to people. Rest everything is worst. They own 70k INR of me even when I resigned properly

They just need a reason to deduct your salary. Working with Ienergizer was my worst and disheartening experience as the company consistently treats employees like labourers rather than recognising and appreciating their true value. It is unfortunate to see an organization disregard the well being and professional growth of its workforce. I have personally and professionally help them to set up a healthcare process within organization and in return I got nothing but unhappiness. They even deducted salary from my FNF even after I resigned properly according to their policies. I would never suggest anyone from US healthcare to join this company

.... I work at 1C process. Chilled out managers and very supportive team leaders. Good pay package you can earn upto 45k a month Plus it is a new process so it's difficult comment so early. It's been 2 months I am working at Ienergizer. I was suffering from covid and I thought I lost my job but ienergizer was very kind to me. Lack of transparency would be one factor because people really don't know whom to reach out to once they join the organization. Rest everything is fine as of now. Looking forward for a better experience out here.
