This company is a black listed company. It hires on the fake commitments of benefits and salaries When company turn comes to pay the benefits they show their financial crisis and says to employees job karni hai to karo otherwise dekh lo, it's exploits to the employees. Terrible management, Senior managers and TL are too rude and use rude, insulting language. Senior manager Manik Narang, TL Paramjeet Kaur is a gender biased. She likes only males and does supports only males. She supports to her sycophants.

...old : 5 LWP in a year can be a loss of retention 60000 or 1.2 lk. 3. No PF : 4. Attendance bonus - 1 forced LWP applied by supervisor costs (5000 attendance bonus + 1 day salary + low rating+ behavioral marking, etc ) All these are the tools for supervisor to punish an associate. There is no employee satisfaction at all !!

If any executive are not well and it's take a medical leave as per doctor environment but company not giving leaves and pressure to join the office otherwise you are not in active.

Likes

The site is spacious and lots of process running within the company. Good amount of space and greenary to sit and relax.

Dislikes

No job security, graveyard shifts, no cabs, no parking facility, huge salary deductions for sick leaves and any emergency leaves.

Likes

Salary package and increment is provided is very good when you join IEnergizer.

Dislikes

Attendance policy is not good if somebody forgot to punch out then that same day salary get deducted whether he has worked for the entire day. Also the policies are not employee centric. Overall, Attendance,Leave ,Break and punching/out policy is also not employee friendly.
