One side cab drop, not much salary, penny appraisals, less opportunity for promotions instead they do designation change so they don't have to increase salary, no meal or meal voucher.

Every is excellent except salary increment and perks. You work everything outside your role also ib the same salary without and perks. At the time of increment you will be treated same as other and only 2, 3 % hike that also with Variable pay.

Worst environment of company, management, salary not good for deserving employees, favouritism in promotion, toxic environment, work pressure, no proper training material to deliver new joiners.

No job security salary issue every month mention night shift allonces but not provide in offer later mention package and provide different amount our all batch have same issue and suddenly hr email sent and mention in e-mail that you are on reemplyeemet development and you have 60 days you can search new job bad organization don't join bad office ac any time feeling hot on floor pathetic management
