This place is best for the beginners who do know the meaning corporate working. The best part of this organisation is that it grooms the employee to its best.

There is no overtime payment. Starting package for freshers is very low as compared to other companies. Transport is not free.

Good for freshers , job security is immense , salary is on time, approachable people which might differ from project to project. Leave policy is good , HR is supportive. Learning growth is ok ok. Lots of projects from various business verticals , individuals can get a chance for cross domain knowledge if only they r willing to or if approved by company policies.

...d salary , this is the company for u. Career growth after one point is stagnant. Salary structure is very low according to industry standards. Learning opportunities are pronounced bt lacks in proper implementation of skills.

...that. There is no additional facilities. And another worst thing is cab service. The condition of each cab is equivalent to scrap and for this too Genpact deduct money from salary.

Company is really good but a little bit of dissatisfaction can arise due to salary offered to freshers otherwise everything is fine

Genpact using many trapes to ruin the career of freshers. They hire you on a third party payroll for at least on paper 15 months but actually it's minimum 18 months after completing. You will be on genpact's payroll as a fresher. Promotion is just a name sake even manager level is doing the same copy paste job.

Very low salary Anual appraisal will only add some penny to the previous salary. Cafeteria is too costly. Paid cab facility. You have to pay for worst cab and cab serves. Too much politics on the floor. Promotion depends on your manager not on your work.
