Increments are very low and in recent days basic pay for new joiners is increased but for the associate's who are more than 3 + years of experience getting less Salary compared to new joiners- fresher's

Most good thing about tcs is job safety and good work environment and support of teammates and management.

Dislikes

Not that much bad but yearly increment is little low and salary growth is to much slow.

It is great experience when working with tcs but i have looking for better opportunities.

Salary growth is too slow. And not much profress in career growth.

Nice company to work for beginners. EXL have good and supporting supervisors and Team mates are friendly. Management always encourage us to work more harder and ask us for ideas to make the process more efficient and less time consuming.

Dislikes

Low salary package compared to other companies in the same field.
