Being a part of hul family feeling great. Environment is good, management is transparent, policies are also good, salary hike method is not logically as per industry norms.

Annual salary hike method and DA policy.

I feel like company for words it's employee friendly, its actually not at all employee friendly, it's investor friendly. Company policies keep on changes in incentives. So that they can avoid to pay incentives to employees bcs they keep on adding their terms and condition into it simply to avoid.

Travel polices/salary/growth is concern and covid impact also there.

Hers is job security but no career growth. Work culture depends upon on manager normal gud. Company policy is good but on the ground things is not implemented. Here ur performance not matter only matter ur manager opinion.

In current covid situation company is supporting us in all possible manner. Incentivising people in this situation is really very impossible task which company is doing.

12-13 hours long working hours in a day.
