Company policy is Very good and salary not getting proper in lockdown time

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but there is no an opportunity and career growth slow and they don't give proper training to new joiness what were employees spent amount like mobile recharge bill and employees rental laptop to computer still not getting and management getting also profits like company electronic bill and canteen Bill and cab facilities.

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all

Working environment is good, Culture they follow for each Religion is good. This Co is good for financial stable peoples who just need to spend their life time. And it’s good for freshers.

This company’s isn’t good for Salary, Appraisal, Can’t survive working here with the salary they provide. Garments peoples will earn more than here.
