In the name of pandemic they stopped increments. We need to get 1st year increment in dec they made it dely till feb then pandemic started and stopped whole year increment. When reached to management no response they are still working on it from more than 6 months

...ovement in hgs from one process to other process no proper training is provided. Salary and career growth is worst. Hiring 2 yrs experienced people by offering 20k+ and giving existing employees who r working in hgs for 2yrs is 14k. When we prob this question to management they say it as business statistics. They are simply not valuing the employees in hgs.

Iam happy that i was a part of a team that helps each other to achieve success.training was very good and career growth is very high.work environment is awesome with friendly people and it is a secured place to work for a female employee.i have learned a lot from the beginning.iam glad to start my career with HGS.

My teammates is very good. And helpfull. And they mangmnt also good. I got salary on time . Work enviroment also good and i can easly manage . I wish i can do again in this company..

Nothing specific as such however they should focus more on creating a fun work Environment rather than pressuring there employees

Benefits and compensation is very poor, No fun activities,growth and promotions are easy to achieve however it's of no use again cause there is no skill development program conducted by them. Work environment has to change and leadership Should work on developing good understanding with employees rather than pressuring them to work like machines. Training of freshers has to improved.
