This company’s isn’t good for Salary, Appraisal, Can’t survive working here with the salary they provide. Garments peoples will earn more than here.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issued.salary is very less , career growth is slow .there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is given to new joinees.

Yeah they will support to done their work. They give work from home option

They will not encourage hard workers. No hike, no salary, per year they will hike lik 500 rs it's very terrible to work for 1 year and you are getting just 500 rs. But they will give good ratings 4+. They all do for their favorites, all are buckets no value for genuine hard workers, no recognition

..., but if you are looking for earnings this is not a good place you have to work. Apart from salary everything is good.

When I was working in HGS seniors have helped more to learn process they are very friendly while we are working, appraisal is too bad you'll get a better appraisal if you worked any factories or something.
