Salary is very less. I have been working from past 5 yrs still I am not getting 20 I as salary. This very bad compared to other companies.

No salary no growth, wasted my 3.5yrs in hgs seeking of growth, i hve been applied for IJP twice and been selected as QA but thy refused to give the papers in hand, All fake promises from managemnt no document for what they say.. no transperancy in the management.. worst company... there employes is like PROFESSIONAL BEGGARS

It’s a BPO company which provide bulk knowledge and massive corporate training . HGS is good for freshers to gain knowledge about US healthcare insurance

... offrole then some benefits and salaries depend upon outsourcing company side... Otherwise Noon pay very good salary pay.. higher then your expectation ... Through mynd i worked with Noon 4.6 year total.. If you have good manager then all company look good...

Only salary on time that it's leaving that no other things is good

timing is terrible as employee come on time but need to sit daily till 9pm and is been forced by manager. And after doing everything works but no good % appraisal is done and old person get good % and other requirements. And no leave is approved and in time of lockdown and after that employee are forced to call to office.
