Less salary no growth and some leads are heartless for 5 days leave for my father admitted in hospital without giving moral support they pressurise me to come back to work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but there is no an opportunity and career growth slow and they don't give proper training to new joiness what were employees spent amount like mobile recharge bill and employees rental laptop to computer still not getting and management getting also profits like company electronic bill and canteen Bill and cab facilities.

Carrier growth, quality associate not correct place to develop there carrier over here, no perfect management support, no support from management , no recognization, associate value will be '0' .
