Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

Dislikes

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

...rocesses. Relocation issue - employees are forced to work from Chennai location. No bonus or incentive policy(no bonus even on Diwali), maximum bonus amount was 1000 rupees.

Only work culture is good, and the process they follow is also good, they give great opportunities to learn grow.

Dislikes

Hike is minimalistic, even if the company's is booming with profit still they will You less package and less increments everytime, which is forcing employees to resign and switch

They just want work to get done. So as long as I worked as expected no one bothered me for anything. Even I don't expect anything more than that.

...st performer, it is not counted in appraisals. So what's use of best performing. You can sit quietly and get salary n go home. This is what demotivates emp and they leave rather than downgrading own performance.

They have long term projects which offers good job security. Company culture is alright. They have some good onboarding processes.

Dislikes

Work life balance was a joke. Despite being rated 5/5 consecutively for 2 years, no hike nor any promotions. They really play dirty politics. Senior management favors female candidates more than male candidates. No appreciation for the dedicated work male employees. Zero learning or upskill opportunity other than Udemy courses which will not be considered for any other position unless you have hands on experience.
