There is nothing good which can you consider a good or atleast infact an average thing that you have working with HDFC bank. If you will make a big Blinder infact the senior don't know how to deal with it, while I am talking about the top most senior in hierarchy, they only give a warning ⚠️ only.

...ecause it only gives you a name of a brand which seems fundamentally irrational. Poor salary. The appraisal can be count within a count of fingers. A person can be take a growth here if you don't want to learn things anymore and if you love to repeat the things in a robotic manner.

...rs good platform to learn and grow.Seniors are supportive.User friendly systems. Salary is less but perks are very good.Offers staff loan at cheaper rates.

...tead of doing appraisals and promotion of existing staff and motivating them ...they start searching for there replacement and they gonna pay higher salary to them with zero experience and not to existing staff ..if they keep motivating existing staff and promoting they will definitely put there 100%. And definitely contribute in the business .
