...oad and pressure is so high and comparitively career growth and opportunity not found satisfactory and even salary as well incentives not comparively well as given works.

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line
