nice office environment, good people and managers. Work depends on the dept but overall its alright

They just dont pay, either get high package so that you will be satisfied or just work for some time and switch! dont expect high appraisals and bonuses

It's been a year in the organization. I can firmly say that the leaders are very supportive & they allow you to learn & also help in learning new skills & they are always encouraging. Whatever mistakes I have done they have always come forward to help me out of any escalations.

The compensation that we receive could be improved.

Flexibility offered is good specially teams under Risk and Compliance vertical. Job security is second point.

Well the compensation and the hikes are the worst. Even after meeting all deadlines and completing projects with success you don't get good hike.

Its third class company and no future in this organisation, salary structure is very low and work pressure is very high at least you will have to spend 16 hour in office. Management culture is very bad

Salary, politics, work environment and most is work life balance. Notice period is 3 month and no buyout option.

...al life. Strict 5 days work from office is necessary . No work life balance. If you ask for early release they will deduct the salary . Growth - 0 Appraisal - Slowest process. Even amazon gives fast delivery but hcl takes 16 months for Appraisal. Worst experience !!!!
