The leadership is there with you, sitting next to you. The actual visibility in layman language. One can learn and shadow multiple task or skills can be improved. Training and learning are one of the best features one can apply for and it’s easy to apply unlike other organisation.

Dislikes

I do not have dislikes however the one part that I really think that can improve is Salary structure. This should at least match the brand value that Genpact has in the market.

Its having very good working environment and training given by the trainer is very good. And also having job security.

Dislikes

There is only one aspect for which I don't like about Genpact. It gives less benefit and compensation to there employees as compared to other companies. Overall it is very nice place to start your career.

in some areas theres a bullying behaviour by employees , narcissistic set up by entire team. training quality is very bad, especially the trainers hired cannot train as they use very bookish language while others are incapable of giving traing .the ppt presentations are mostly unprofessional and hilarious even when they are made my managers. very sexist environment, concious bias, too much focus on senior junior issues. favouritism shown on individuals who butter their work flaws are hidden and promoted to next level.cafeteria needs to have home like food.

If see this company as a learning perspective so i can surely say this is the best company I have ever seen in my life, if we talk about working environment and office infrastructure that is pretty good.

The most annoying thing is this company is salary structure, employee salary is not enough according to work and traveling expenses is more than salary, I think Genpact should think about it and increase their employees salary package.

Genpact is a good organisation.I have given 4 year in Genpact.This was my first BPO industry. I learned many more in this organisation. 100% job security no doubt. I love Genpact. Even any moment If Genpact gives the opportunity to me then I prefer Genpact. That's all

New joiners salary is very less as per market value. Promotion is not fair
