Pay structure is low comparatively industry standards. No retention policy. They love brain drain. They are happy in hiring high package people but don't increase pay of vintage resources which ultimately results in high attrition.

Working with Genpact for more than 9 years, one of the best culture and work environment have ever seen. During this pendamic situation company is trying to be beside the resources who are in lower rank!
