Wipro is a platform where you get lots of opportunity to learn, although compensation is not handsome but its not poor either. I got a very good client, was deployed for 7 years, gained all my experience from this project. As it was my first job n first project.

Dislikes

Too many unneeded training and the overall turn around for internal wipro issues is slow.

No work life balance, Salary is low and internal lateral movement without our confirmation and no hike, role is shifted completely what was discussed during joining, Shift timing (Night shift) change what discussed during interview (Day shift) without night shift allowance, during joining said both side transport now after movement only one side transport, role not exactly defined.

Dislikes

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Great learning opportunities (provided you get the right dept. ) . Growth is amazing. Your start njoy in the organisation once you move to Team manager role & above. Very strong on principles, job security is good.

Dislikes

Salary in pathetic nowhere near to market standards, Even at leadership levels. Office politics. Heavily loaded groupism which few fine too difficult to crack.

The kind of exposure we get here is really good. Learnt and learning various new methodologies to grow self and the business.

Dislikes

Need to have better compensation. This is only area where in we need more focus. :)
