Salary is veryy low, From market standard it is very low Perks - no perks you will get Promotions/Appraisal - very low 5% average and for me I am not getting hike from 2 years 10 hours work shift Rotational shift is there, Night shift you will get

...ill recommend you to other internal teams. But overall a good brand to work for. Definitely gives huge leverage to your career no matter what role and pay scale you are at.

Growth is limited, even for your manager. Everybody is holding onto their positions for a long time with little scope for upward growth. But promotions can happen only if you have toiled and exceeded two levels than your actual level of work. There is abundant learning material through in-house training but you need to be proactive and learn as much as you can.

...early hike is around 2% promotion would be 5%. Could change based on Leadership. For all employees benefits creation there would be deductions from Employees salary.

...give proper feedback. Poor performance review system ( there is no 360 model). No bonus. People looking for promotions have to mandatory complete internal bofus NLCI exams.

Initial package is great, very good opportunity for learning both soft skill as well as core technical skills through various Instructor led trainings.

After working a long period, there should be a salary normalization, at least for Meets expectation / exceeds expectation candidates.
