...hing happens as per them if you go against them then you will be soon targetted. They also offer less salary package. As a whole company it is good but the people who are in important positions are making it difficult for others.

Job security is always there, work culture is nice.

Nobody will listen to your concern. Salary will be tooo low for some of the projects and if you will settle at low salary then forget about salary because that will be your final salary as there will be only 500 rs to maximum 1500 rs raise in your take home salary even after 2 or 3 years. They can hire freshers at triple or more than that but they can't give good Salary raise to their existing employees. Only salary part is too much heartbreaking in Genpact. Otherwise it's a good company.

Genpact is the organisation where we can get well trained for making our career better..We can say paid training center... Genpact has latest tool and it is moving forward towards transformation..

...ost cutting to the extent where there are no tissues provided in washroom. You will be forced to work on weekends without any additional pay. They won’t allow to carry phones to floor due to this you won’t be able to attend interview calls. 9 out of 10 people give this reason for still staying with Genpact. On the scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this company 2. Don’t join this company at any cost.
