No learning opportunity Worst cab services -3 hrs early pickup in summer without AC cabs and you have to pay for it from your salary Top management behaviour towards agent is like people are machine. You have to do night shifts without any night allowance additionally work pressure is too much and most of the day you have to do extra hours without any extra pay. Management is like puppet of top management and they have to pressurized people in every way like leaves, wfh etc Top management cannot see people happy. If you really want to challenge yourself then you can join this company rest you can blindly join any other company.

Genpact has good work-life balance.It takes care of its employees. They provide on job training which proves to be very useful. I liked the work culture of the company. My teammates were very encouraging and supportive. The overall experience in the company was very good.

Very good work life balance. In my experience I never missed a single family functions or a fastival you can also plan trip wtih your friends, leaves approved easily just maintain your work. Good trainings. Work environment is also good.

I feel I am under paid in my current role. Yearly bonus is also very less.

You can come and go home after punching the card if you have setting with your manager. If you have setting then you can do work from home even if you don't have any work and work type eligible for WFH. People treat WFH as leave without leave deduction. Operation guy who is associate and just do copy paste can do WFH if he has setting but an IT person can't do WFH however he is giving support to the production 24*7 as he do not do buttering

...op and printer as for then every IT person us here to fix there hardware only. If you resign from there they will eat your yearly bonus however you have completed assessment year before resigning. They just count that you have given your resignation before the payout. If you ask questions then you will be punished, they will stop your pramotion. Use less company, doing all kind of frauds with clients.

Dislikes

Low salary structure, No Free transport cabs, No night allowance, No AC Cabs, Shuttle services they provide are of 3rd standard in the market, No Gym, No Office outing, no team outing.
