It depends on the process and manager. Overall helpful management and in some process work life balance is great👍

Less salary hike, no uniform policy across all client. In some process people can get good hike client award and growth but there are some process where you will not get anything.

Before joining Genpact make sure you are hiring for the same profile for which you are hired because 90%+ if you given interview for costing they provide the role P2P & you don't have any option. Location also changed what he confirmed during the interview. Be aware of scam in Genpact

Working with GENPACT gives you a very good basic knowledge about the process as they trained you from scratch. There are multiple online learning platforms as well which could cross train you in other process of your interest. Work life balance.

Dislikes

They seriously need to work on the compensation structure and appreciating the existing employees and should revise their salary if they have given good years to co. Secondly, transportation is also worst and should work.
