Very Very Low Salary No Free Cab Facility No Refreshments Promotions are slow No proper training for new hires Working from office at this salary is slavery nothing else . Atleast they should give WFH if salary is low. Hybrid model after few months is just a gimmick.

Good organisation interms of job security and upskilling apart from this there is no positive things which I can write.

...t ur personal life. Most of the time they will told you to work on weekends too. Less salary, no promotions in operations they treat you as a slave. Transport facility very bad available only for those who works in night shift. Don't join AML kyc banking operations kinds of process where mangment is petty and cheap. They just take a extra work from you so that they can get promotion easily.

The hybrid model, though they keep the peddle pressed even if you are in any crucial situation such as your one of family member is in hospital.. They will still hesitate to give Paid leave.

No learning opportunity Worst cab services -3 hrs early pickup in summer without AC cabs and you have to pay for it from your salary Top management behaviour towards agent is like people are machine. You have to do night shifts without any night allowance additionally work pressure is too much and most of the day you have to do extra hours without any extra pay. Management is like puppet of top management and they have to pressurized people in every way like leaves, wfh etc Top management cannot see people happy. If you really want to challenge yourself then you can join this company rest you can blindly join any other company.
