...y especially that cheap, farud and cheater person who is the CMO of the company. This company will never pay you salary. This CMO will harras you daily in their Navi Mumbai office. He will not give any holidays. You will have to work even on weekends. He will take the team for outing and plan to finish you off during the outing. He is doing this because he is a criminal mindset as he is a physco. If you get a call from Fusion BPO services from Navi Mumbai or Kolkatta then never join this company they will hire you to tourcher you. Especially this fugestive CMO

...o like in Fusion BPO Services. They are the number 1 fraud company in the world. They harrase you, don't give the salary and make you work more than 15 hours a day. Their CMO will hire you and then he will fire you without any reason. He is good for nothing as he don't know ABC of Digital Marketing and he will show as that he knows everything He will make your life a living hell. He will not allow you to eat food, drink water or go to washroom. He will make sure that you're tourchered everyday. He is a psycho and he will make sure that you will perish soon so that he can enjoy that seeing. If you want to live then dont join this fraud and illegal company

If you want salary then you have to beg in front of him. He likes if someone begs in front of him as he is a psycho and enjoys it. He is not a human being but a monster and evil with a fugitive mindset. So if you want to live pecefully and don't want to perish then don't go to this company

Salary delayed everytime, Just providing certificates on the name of rewards and recognition. Very much imbalance between employees' Salary. Skilled employees gets low payout unless they go and bargain for salary hike.

They trained you well for doing their job. Senior colleagues are helpful to you. Salary is credited in exact date of every month & so that salary slip also. Work environment is average.

...ss & now I'm writing about this process. I've worked for 2 years and 10 months. But in this 2 years a single penny is not increased in salary. There is no increment. In case of promotion they will promote as per their priority. Some TL's are good there, but some are more than worst. Some TL's behaviour is not good. They didn't want to take you leave as per your need. Now coming to the office timing. Office timing was 10-7pm. They wanted you to be in the office at sharp 10 am. But in case of logout they will not let you logout in sharp 7pm, they dragged the time to 8-8.30 pm. For that max people faces issues in transportation while going to home.
