Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

The worst BPO in Kolkata. Nothing to like here.

...d they said we can't give you that much of time coz we can't pay for those days.Also they have committed us that we will be getting our salary by end of the month(April) not on 1st of the next month but after taking 40 to 50 follow ups on 7th of the next month(May) got half of the salary. As per the commitment given by Saikat Banerjee, Amrita Banerjee and Anindyasri Chatterjee I was expecting my buyout amount which I paid my previous company to join this circus(Fusion BPO) but I didn't get that.Till now while I'm taking follow up from Saikat Banerjee he is saying awaiting from approval from Oindrila Banerjee. Is she not active in the system from last two months, from an active employee how much time it will take to give a approval..? Is it take more than two months to take approval..?They are thinking all are fool over the world they are the only samrtest in the World, so let me tell you one thing no you are wrong.You all are puppet of the circus with zero brain and the circus running by Oindrila Banerjee who is having a tipical thought about recruitment. Such a scam BPO over the Kolkata,Sec-V. One last thing by this month if I 'll not get my rest of the amount will take legal action against you. Have fun with your circus team.

... if you aren't comfortable and if you don't they will mame you give resignation. The workers even don't get a decent salary and the behaviour of higher management is too bad they don't keep their words and behave too worse. I don't recommend anyone working in this company ever. The worst BPO company of my life. They don't give any importance to talent but they take persons who aren't fit for positions. If you have capability and will to work don't go to this company.

1. Low salary 2. Stop the incentive without any reason 3. No job security.Anyday anytime they can ask to leave. 4. No matter what is your post, you have to do anything like IT work, business analysis etc 5. Third class management team. 6. No one help you from the HR team.
