I am talking about Fusion kolkata. You will get your salary on time without any deductions (however, many of my colleagues faced unknown deducttions and there qas no clarity on given). Work pressure is comparatively low from other companies as client is itself confused of the actual work.

Toxic work culture. 0 progression without oiling upper management. No grievance redressal in terms of salary deduction and other issue. Can fire someone anytime, also can keep someone worthless for years. Meaningless policies. Bad behaviour of management. Clients of Fusion kolkata is just carzy. Forget appraisal.

some TLs And supervisors are arrogant......In some process the supervisors are not that good.......and the food in canteen is a bit costly and not up to the mark.

2 year and 4 month is just a waste on valuable time though learned a lot of gossip and how to make other people down and a plus point of little knowledge on computer.

They have not paid for a whole month or may be atleast of 22 days salary. So I should not be polite or be kind to them, but yes if anyone of my known so called HR will see my comment atleast please do not do this kind of wrong doings further as we are agent and we do a lot of works to get minimum 10k wages as we have to feed our family also.

1) management doesn't care about you and your personal life 2) senior only care about there salary and there benefit 3) there was no leave and off 4) work pressure and if you say you are handling more that your that they will not listen and ask only justification 5) lot of loops holas are there that they use for there benefit 6) they guve this link to exist agent to give 5star for this company and sit beside them for all the rating so if you are looking at any 5 they are getting lot of pay or using loophole for extra money form office or ask to give 5 star 7) salary will not increase on time if you asked hr for it they will ask to site head site head will say to leave the office, 8) l and d team will come to you to know your problem if you say less salary they will not do anything and say why didn't you mail for this ,
