Initially facilities were good enough, bonuses, management was kind enought to like the company. Nowadays, we can’t say the same.

Dislikes

The management is so toxic, whole lot of politician personalities. Now, no perks, no bonus, no promotion, no growth and day to day reduction in basic facilities in the name of cost cutting.

TCS is very good organization. A salary increase makes you happy once in year but a healthy culture keep you happy every day.

Not maintain floor culture and management politics. Because of this reason dedicated employee resigned.

Skill development training is average. Nothing is good actually.

... much poor and also here has LOP issues. It is not recoverable in maximum cases. I like to do extra work but they are not ready to pay the basic salary which is fixed. In maximum time higher department is not supportive. And in last 2 months I did work from 5 AM to 3 AM, only 2 hours were my rest time in a day. Because they gave huge works which was not my work, senior employees gave their work to juniors through WhatsApp app or G-meet or G-drive link, because they didn't want to keep any prove. And there is no email system for work from home employees. First time it was , but after few months it was gone. Very rude behaviour and high politics.

Policybazaar.com is the great company because salary and incentive is too good and good platform for freshers.I will always feel that one time I was a part of this company

Working timing is good, and salary is always come on time.

Dislikes

In this company salary increment is done according to the outstanding of the branch, so the new staff who join in a smaller branch will not get any benefit. If increment is done according to the outstanding of the branch then the vintage staff should get a bigger branch according to their individual score card or there should be shuffling of all employees every 2 years.
