I have work in this company last three years.In many process whice are TATA Teleservices collection department i have work since 2 year and first year. I had work in mobility process that also Collection process of mobile bill and also wok Connect Broadbande collection department i have. Good experiance in all process all team leard nature Friendly and polite. In this office security is good and celebrate all types of culture,

Income is very low in this company and after good work and long time agi salary not increased.

Apart from stinking washrom like public toilets broken chairs and dirty workspace which has not been renovated for years you have to work with toxic and most uncultured uneducated reporting manager 'Syed Shirin Shah' who will make your life hell with her cruel and nasty words which you would not even want to use on your enemies. she will treat you as your servant and not as an employee. you will not be given the basic respect you deserve as a human being. you will be humiated infront of your entire team members/ clients that too in daily basis even when you are not at fault.

1) management doesn't care about you and your personal life 2) senior only care about there salary and there benefit 3) there was no leave and off 4) work pressure and if you say you are handling more that your that they will not listen and ask only justification 5) lot of loops holas are there that they use for there benefit 6) they guve this link to exist agent to give 5star for this company and sit beside them for all the rating so if you are looking at any 5 they are getting lot of pay or using loophole for extra money form office or ask to give 5 star 7) salary will not increase on time if you asked hr for it they will ask to site head site head will say to leave the office, 8) l and d team will come to you to know your problem if you say less salary they will not do anything and say why didn't you mail for this ,

Nothing to like about it. They don't pay you on time and not even take responsibility to give response. No job security, imagine you wake up and see the email that you are fired . If you are joining definately can imagine one morning like this.

Fushion Bpo is a good company they provide you on time salary but don't join any sales campaign.the sales management team consider agents like machine or animal.no work life balance.career growth opportunity is there but only for some management's favourite people.The worst management team ever full of politics.After proper resignation they still didn't provide me my relieving letter.If you want to join fushion as a sales associate you have to work for 11 to 12 hours without overtime pay. sales management team have their own law and rules they don't follow any labour law.
