The Freshworks "Kudumba" culture is slowly being demised to make way for American capitalism & usual MNC politics. Some of the people on the top have no clue of the reality & just want to keep firing in India & hiring in US in the name of efficiency.

...s something that you are looking for, please do not consider joining Freshworks. Hiring happens only in the US these days with 4 people getting hired for same/similar roles at very high salary and they don’t even get laid off.

Work-Life Balance, Salary on time.

Dislikes

Conserved Teams and Team Members. Lake of KTs or Unstructured knowledge transfer. Lack of confidence in new people. They are focused on a few Key and old people. Context switching is very high.
