At Freshworks, all the roles above Director are mostly based out of the US. Your growth is stagnated after a point. People in the US come and leave with an average tenure of 2 years. I haven't worked in freshworks but the interview Sucks big time. You put all effort to crack the interview and the interviewer talks over the phone and not concentrating on what you say. Then they reject simply. Useless. High time the interview standard is taken a look. The one who interviewed me was not fit to take an interview.
