...t give proper training to employee.3. Career growth is not good in PSS.Helpdesk. Salary also not giving up to the mark.but we are working like a animal. At the time of increment they increase only 500 rs. what will happen in 500 rs.Travelling is facility is good. Politics is too much in our process.

That time they give me work from home but now there's no such option so hybrid

They never increase your salary if you think after promotion you'll get more then that's your loss. After promotion you supposed to stick on the same salary. And now onwards they're providing less salary. So Good Luck
