People from operations especially trainers are not cooperating with QA and supporting all the users regardless of the incorrectly worked accounts. Also the company has terminated me in BGV and it was not my decision to quit the company. Also the company has terminated a lot of people like me even after insisting them not to do so.

Work environment is average. Management needs to improve. Appraisals are fair. They give good hike and incentives. More opportunities to grow. Job security is a concern.

There is no job security. Poor hiring team as they provide good package for non deserving candidates and poor packages to deserving candidates. Poor management.

I had great experience working with the first source it is really a good company to work with.The working atmosphere is really awesome no late setting no work pressure. The important features about FS is working environment. It's very good.

Dislikes

Everything is perfect but the only sad part is salary and yearly increments. It's very very poor u can't expect to cross even 15k in 5 years. That disappointe u and affect your personal life (due to low salary)break your confidence, your skills and talent.

...ring 3 rounds of interview I was told I was not selected but without any reason. Ops manager just wrote rejected on a paper and the recruitment team is like did you discuss package or you might have over experience for this position. There is no clear communication on what's the main reason for not hiring. Even after clearing every round of interview.
