Dislikes

...ect you get. You may become the best in that technology or may learn nothing. Salary rise and promotion: below average. No perks like complimentary bonus or gifts or leave encashment from the management

1. Skill development 2. Work life balance (depends on project & manager) 3. Hybrid model (only for those who are allocated to project if the project wants hybrid otherwise typical 5 day work)

Dislikes

1. Carrer growth🤧 2. Salary hikes ( 4 percent for 5 ⭐ 😮‍💨) 3. Less projects for freshers. Most of the freshers will be on bench or be non billable without work for more than 1.5 years. Then force them to give up if they are still not billable😴. 4. Relocation: This is one the worst thing in the company, If you are working in your desired city it's good. But, most of the times you may have ODC in your city but still they call you/force you to relocate to CHENNAI otherwise you should put the papers, which is one of the worst cities in India to live with respect to language, weather, food, pgs/flats availability, which is subjected to cyclones every year and you will struck in the middle.
