Companies policies are good. Many colleagues were good and supportive except few.

Dislikes

No salary hike even work for year. Over Time money is not fairly enough. They put in any skills as per the business requirements.

Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

Made some good friends and that's all what I got from this company

...unsure with promotion and upskilling and gives vague answers if asked questions. Salary hike are next to nothing every year.

... disappoint you. Even if you get a promotion there won't be any huge difference. If the company recruits from outside, they might get a better salary compared to the people who already working here. One thing for sure you can expect here is learning, which would help to grow your career.
