I'm working in Axis Bank at Noida on TP pay roll there is very less salary and login time is fixed but logout time is not fixed. Some time Sunday is working day it's happened with us .

TP is a Good company. Employee's are too good , friendly environment and Security system is too good..

...e of management system. On the floor extremely too high pressure on the CSA.. Salary package is not attractive.. very low salary package..

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Teleperformance is a very diverse organisation. With great opportunities for growth and good salary, especially if you are a fresher. Not all organisations provide so many opportunities for freshers with good salary but TP does it.

Dislikes

What I didn't like about it was their 5.5 working days policy. As employees who are willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts. Having 2 week offs a week should be bare minimum aside from that they also require you to work for 9.5 hours a day instead of 9 hours. Aside from this, the part where female employees are not allowed to enter the premises after 8:30 pm is not at all okay. They are also not allowed to leave the premises after 8:30 pm till 6am. Which is extremely discriminatory.

Worst life balance, promotion is like giving penny to beggars, only promotion without salary hike, no job security they will fire you without even a notice and they won't pay you 3 months or 6 months salary,
