Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

Enire things no support, no job security ,less salary, worst management, don't choose this company u won't get any experience and letter after competition of notice period please don't attend the interview Hr department is waste if we went for any help they won't give value to the employees.

The best part about working in Firstsource is the people.

It was a very good experience until the pandemic came up and the company couldn't pay the salary to the employees and changing the process without no good selective system and had to resign due to that and they could not pay the incentives since January and which is a very bad thing from such a big company!

my teammates and other few were very freindly.. incentives and other pays are good, if money is what you are looking for , its the right place, but policies often change so does the incentives,,..

Job security, pay varies, when comes to basic pay, the worst in the industry,. they pay the lowest because incentives but all dont get the same opportunity to earn incentives, transport and canteen facilities are terrible.. if career is your priority, then dont ever go there, if you are smart and if you only want money, then thats the place !! if you are quitting, HR team will never bother to retain because everyday they keep hiring!! one way transport and thr transportation deduction on salary are high!!

...ot listen to you, no matter what the situation is, when it comes for sick leave. Exit process is complicated and you have to pay them instead of getting your fnf amount. My experience was good as I made some nice friends who all have quit the org along with me
