For freshers it's a good company to begin career in the field of international call center. For experienced candidates it's a good company for a long term career. Work culture is good, that depends upon the process though. I worked at British Gas and the shift timing was one of the best things.

Less salary for freshers in comparison to other companies. Apart from that nothing.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The only thing I like about EXL is that they pay you on time.

Absolutely no management skills. Peer work pressure. Clients will keep on bugging you day in day out. Management is highly political with no vision of someone's skills & pathetic behaviour. No transparency at all. Inspite of being a MNC absolutely disgusting indianism, hate & negativity.

In 2017 Present time no job secure.I am not talking about last 2 or 3years.currently I am seeing ask to leave many employees without serious reason.transport is third class simply we can say Bakwaaaas.

I like the work environment especially fundoo Friday. Employee satisfaction, employees engagement. If I get the opportunity to work with this company without any doubt I would love to work with this company.
