It offers global exposure, learning opportunities, healthy peer to peer conversation opportunities, great work-life balance, makes you become a better human, focuses on your career growth, helps you develop your skills and most importantly possesses great brand value and legacy in the market that fits your career needs.

Dislikes

... and efficient in order to sustain in this ever changing digital global mindset. Salary hike will go towards negligible amounts in years to come and the one who possesses great in-demand skills should be able to survive. It is with all global organizations and not just with EY. But not to forget, the one who works hard will get good remuneration benefits too. So the idea is to stick to an organization like EY and give a direction to your career.

Too much of politics, if you are SM like you all the right thing happened to you are life, if they don't like you they will screw your rating appraisal, even though it's not your mistake also they will put on the spot l, no humanity, one of worst team I ever worked

Only thing that is good with EY, is it’s reputation, which is also not correct.

...sic information. There is no specified department or person for employees query. Also, they something thing and give something as salary, they try to deduct salary as much as possible. In my case they dis jot inform me abiut certain deduction which was optional and now i cannot get until unless i leave the company.
