Training provided was not upto the mark. 1.5 months on bench. Manual Testing role was assigned in the project against the preference. HRs are not very responsive, generally don't response after calling multiple times or either reply late. Very less flexibility in project.

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

...nd after office hours. People are around to provide helping hand whenever stuck. Hikes and bonus is better than most companies around.

Dislikes

Lesser projects with better technologies and lesser growth opportunities in terms of tech stack. Many legacy applications are still operative which requires people to work on legacy technologies.

Appraisals and pay scale amongst the other big 4s are ok

Dislikes

It has terrible work-life balance and toxic work culture. You are forced to work on Saturday by creating undue pressure although there is no deadline
