A positive aspect of work-life balance is having Saturdays and Sundays off, along with the timely crediting of salaries. The provided Udemy access is a helpful training resource; however, the rest of the training seems unnecessarily burdensome.

The job lacks security, with manipulative management, no perks, promotions, or appraisals beyond basic salary. The company culture favors power over merit, making survival difficult without influence.

Dislikes

Managers asked to work on weekends wothout giving comp off. They force people to relocate to the client location. Selected project has wfh option. They do not provide cap or reimbursement for ttaveling to the client location in same city of your work locarion. I am not sure if this is project specific or it is company polocy. Overall no work life balance. Client tecunical invironment is not set properly and we asked to give the work before time, which is injustofied.

There is nothing positive to specify about positive outcomes in working for EY India as they are not a technology company, they are just technology body shopping companies like any other staffing company

Dislikes

Lot of internal politics, if you are pet of your partner then you will get good bonus, easy promotion and other benefits. If you speak transparent then you will be cornered and terminated with immediate effect. You will not have projects to work, you will be sent to client locations as contractors only. Once you are done with your contract then you will be terminated with lot of mental torture as your partner is not aware of your technology skills and capabilities.

Likes

Excellent work culture. On time salary. Good work life balance, especially in the GPS. Amazing learning modules created by EY and other udemy learnings which are free you could do in your ideal time. The people are supportive. Work pressure could be there sometimes, but it's not like driving you crazy & you are going nuts.
