Hi, I have 3 years of experience as a Python developer with a salary of 3.1 LPA. I’ve received an offer from EY for an Azure Data Engineer role at 4.8 LPA, including training. Pay scale can be negotiated based on your skills and you can earn almost double with respect to your peers who are at the same level

No logic for allocating resources. Non technical people are showcased as technical experts and have no idea how to deliver projects. Salary on time (1st every month), lot of training available, Free MBA from Reputed university, 5 days week, Colleagues are highly qualified and having in-depth experience, Fortune 500 company.

Dislikes

Payroll employee are better treated compared to fix term employee, There is a lot of scope of team-work culture, appraisals are not as per merit, like mediocre company appraisals are not that much lucrative and hence attrition rate more.

Global brand (Fortune 500), salary on time, i.e. 1st of every month, no deduction during pandemic, lot of training, good team combination etc.

Dislikes

Lot of travel resulting less time spent with the family, groupism, less repect for seniors, no job security, many staff are on fix term contract and its rare that they become permanent, appraisal to only few selected etc.

The job lacks security, with manipulative management, no perks, promotions, or appraisals beyond basic salary. The company culture favors power over merit, making survival difficult without influence.

Just the initial salary hike. Everything else was super toxic. Even the initial salary hike was compensated by pathetic appraisals and low salary hike in the next 2 years.

Everything. Specially the lack of empathy amongst the so called leaders. The partners here are baniyas only wanting to expand business
