This is one of the big four company. Good work environment. Most importantly compensation is very good.

Dislikes

They mainly working as loan employee model hence sometime you feel lack of belonging as mostly you will be working at client location and if client culture is very good you would probably like to work their as a permanent employee.

Only compensation is above the market standard in comparison to service based company

No work life balance, not healthy environment, lack of technical SMEs, Yearly hike is 4 percentage, lots of politics, not good for hardworking resources, No WFH, not a good campus, canteen is very small and prices are very high like 5 start hotel, no goodies,

...oining them. Pathetic work life balance. Just leaving after 2 months of joining. Believe me you don't want to join this company only basis of compensation. They will frustrate you to a level that the compensation will not matter to you anymore.

They offer job security. You will get to learn if you try yourself, company won't encourage for learning. But if you are trying to learn yourself, they will provide you learning material and hands on opportunity and people who can help you.

Compensation is not good. There's no work life balance. Also people around you won't be people with excellence.

People here are not professional and will try to play cheap games. They are very aggressive and will ruin your personal life .

I have been harrasses by my senior male and HR did not expel him . Instead my bonus was stopped and asked to leave my project . Ultimately I had to resign . Worst place to work .
