It offers global exposure, learning opportunities, healthy peer to peer conversation opportunities, great work-life balance, makes you become a better human, focuses on your career growth, helps you develop your skills and most importantly possesses great brand value and legacy in the market that fits your career needs.

... and efficient in order to sustain in this ever changing digital global mindset. Salary hike will go towards negligible amounts in years to come and the one who possesses great in-demand skills should be able to survive. It is with all global organizations and not just with EY. But not to forget, the one who works hard will get good remuneration benefits too. So the idea is to stick to an organization like EY and give a direction to your career.

A positive aspect of work-life balance is having Saturdays and Sundays off, along with the timely crediting of salaries. The provided Udemy access is a helpful training resource; however, the rest of the training seems unnecessarily burdensome.

The job lacks security, with manipulative management, no perks, promotions, or appraisals beyond basic salary. The company culture favors power over merit, making survival difficult without influence.

Just the initial salary hike. Everything else was super toxic. Even the initial salary hike was compensated by pathetic appraisals and low salary hike in the next 2 years.

Everything. Specially the lack of empathy amongst the so called leaders. The partners here are baniyas only wanting to expand business
