Work environment is good. if hard work is noticed by a senior you get rewarded. You get paid on time,

Unfortunately i was in a team ,where the senior did not like me. I don't what was the reason. No job security- if they don't like you They ask you to just walk out of the company, submit your assets whatever is provided by the company. No notice is given to the employee Most of the people get terminated for silly reasons. Not co-operative towards the employee and seniors They want you to be in the office before 9.30 or early and they don't care abt what time you leave office, You need to be available any time of the day or night You keep getting emails and you hv to respond to them immediately like robots. Printing work is another part of the job, They treat worst than a chaiwala .. Every sr keeps sending you email for prints and you hv other task to complete None care about it. Just work like a robots, Lot of buttering needs to be done if you want your contract to be extended, and your hard work is not valued.

... the policy here at all. But good thing about that is company is understandable. Leaves, compensation and other benefits are of 0 worries

Worst part is the work life balance. You either have 100% work work work with 0% personal life. Or you resign and enjoy your break.

Poor work culture, there is do dignity at work, people will ill-treat you just because they are there in the practice for long and have unrealistic expectations... People do not even know how to give actionable feedback. Working days are not fixed - It could be Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday or Sunday to Thursday.... Very difficult to proactively plan anything on the personal end or else every day you keep managing expectations and invest too much energy
