Brand name and the big 4 tag. Your job will get security however , you can be moved from team to team as per requirements.

...eal workers may not be getting it. Carrier growth is not that swift as expected. Salary hike is also not great. Most of the thing is copy paste kind of work here. To enhance your skills you really need to find a very good team which is difficult to find. Your work volume is high with less people in the team ,no work life balance . Take wise decisions that is best for you, don't fall for any traps.

EY has A wonderful culture and is very empathetic, especially the team that i was in was super supportive in need and made the work place lively and work friendly.

Dislikes

...reational activities like family day, sending goodies and presents for birthday and etc considering it a cost cutting plan, which i think was something employees would look forward to and when discontinued employees did feel bad.

Literally nothing. EY GDS is a trap. There is no learning whatsoever. It's a mere copy and paste job. If you're anyway there, try to leave as soon as possible because otherwise it will just get difficult to leave since you're technically not learning or upskilling yourself

.... Working for 12-13 hours and on weekends will get you loads of appreciation. The salary is abysmal at best as compared to the work that they make you do. The manager will deny your leave and give a baseless excuse. You can be sick and still be expected to work. Appraisals don't really appreciate people who need recognition. It's completely based on how your manager puts your word out and how their senior take it. So yes, unless you're desperate and completely out of work, do not get into this. If you get into this, get out as soon as possible for your future's sake. You do get the big 4 brand but they don't even do what the actual Big 4s do. For that kind of work it's best to get into EY India instead the delivery centers.
