Only profit matters, they’ll make you work till you beg for death. Work life balance doesn’t exist in their dictionary. No clear path forward to higher roles.

There is nothing to like about this company. If you have an offer from another company even with a low package just go for that option and never come to EY

Everything. Team culture. Office politics at its worst. People who licks directors and partners shoes move up the ladder. Visibility is the key here, no matter how much hard work you do but if you don't get any new business or you don't get any client appreciation you will never be recognised. Save your life never join EY India. They treat employees like shit. Threaten employees on the floor in front of everyone. Never seen such culture. No new technology to learn, old projects and trainings to grow your career.

Company culture is great though it depends on your team and Managers Work wise it will give you enough opportunity to learn and grow

Salary is not that good. Not upto market standard Too much work pressure People work for more than 12 hours everyday

The quality of projects available are good. End to end strategy, implementation is done which provides a good exposure with the work.

...ering woman security issues and demanding extended hours work in the office. 3. Low salary as per industry standards. 4. Most of the directors and managers are not equipped to guide campus hires to bring them up to the pace and quality of work. 5. Very low visibility of the work done.
